Job Summary:
Three Guys A/C & Electrical is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lead Residential Electrician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone looking for a performance-based role in a growing company that values quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The Lead Residential Electrician will be responsible for managing electrical projects and leading a team of electricians in residential installations, repairs, and maintenance. No electrician license is required, and we will provide training in HVAC. The ideal candidate will also be fully aligned with the company’s culture, morals, and ethics, maintaining a high standard of professionalism in all aspects of their work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee electrical projects for residential customers, ensuring top-quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.
- Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of residential electrical systems, outlets, panels, lighting, and wiring.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and identify the most effective solutions for customers.
- Supervise and mentor junior electricians, providing training and guidance on electrical work and safety practices.
- Communicate clearly with customers, explaining electrical issues and solutions in a straightforward and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including managing the tools and materials needed for electrical tasks.
- Contribute to the scheduling and coordination of jobs, ensuring timely completion.
- Stay current with electrical safety codes, regulations, and best practices.
- Assist with estimating and budgeting for electrical projects as needed.
- Help build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service.
- Be aligned with and uphold the company’s culture, morals, and ethics, ensuring integrity and respect in all interactions with customers, team members, and the community.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in residential electrical work.
- No electrician license required, but experience and knowledge of electrical systems is a must.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Leadership experience and the ability to manage and mentor junior electricians.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Comfortable with physical work, including lifting heavy materials and tools.
- Strong alignment with company culture, morals, and ethics.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Performance-based pay with bonuses $100,000-$150,000 Annually.
