Electrician Apprentice

About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated, reliable individual to support both our field and office operations. This hybrid role includes running parts to job sites, assisting our technicians and installers, helping with basic office tasks, and learning the HVAC and electrical trades along the way. If you have a strong work ethic and a great attitude, we’ll teach you the rest.

Key Responsibilities:

Parts Runner:

• Deliver tools, equipment, and parts to technicians and job sites in a timely manner
• Keep inventory organized and help maintain warehouse cleanliness
• Pick up materials from supply houses as needed

Office Helper:

• Answer incoming calls and assist with dispatching when needed
• Organize and label inventory
• Assist with scheduling, customer communication, and light administrative tasks

Apprentice (HVAC & Electrical):

• Support field techs and installers on-site
• Carry tools, prep job sites, and assist in hands-on learning
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• “Can Do” attitude – positivity and work ethic matter most
• Reliable and punctual
• Willingness to learn HVAC and Electrical trades
• Good communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the day
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Basic tech skills (smartphone use, GPS, etc.)
