These guys are great. Arrived at our condo after 6 months absence to find no a/c. 27 hours later we were up and running! They were on time and didn’t charge us though we were 2 weeks past the labor warranty. Also everyone we have dealt with at 3 guys has been very nice!

My AC wasn’t reaching my thermostat’s set point. It turns out my evaporator coil has a leak. Jesse was able to identify the problem and give me a quote for the replacement part, to replace the handler, or replace the handler and condenser. It’s not a great situation but I am grateful that Jesse was able to come out as quickly as he did and provide excellent service. Update 10/22/23 - Before opting to replace the handler and condenser, I tried to just top off the refrigerant (3 times total) and make it until tax return season of 2024; that didn't work out so well for me. I ended up getting 3 more opinions and attempted a short-term solution before I finally replaced my entire system. Dave and Andy were punctual and professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. It's been about a month since the install and so far, so good. However, I am still waiting on the inspection for the permit.

Before I contacted Three Guys AC I first did my due diligence to get educated on duct work by researching and talking to neighbors who recently had this service. I was satisfied that I knew what was a low-ball price and a high price for my size home (1300sf). When Connor arrived at my door to provide an estimate I found him to be pleasant and very informed about the product he would deliver. After his thorough inspection his price was in the middle. I did not need to bother with any other company for estimates. Accepted his contract and the work was scheduled shortly after that. On the scheduled date for the work, Dave and Andy showed up on time. Both Dave and Andy were very nice gentleman and began their work. Dave informed me that I had a bowed chord truss and took the time to show me where. I’m am grateful since this could have become a very bad structural issue down the road. They got the job done in one day. Connor, Dave, and Andy or the perfect representatives of their Company and I highly recommend. Bravo for a job well done gentlemen.
