Thermostat Installation, Upgrades and Reprogramming Services Explained

We offer comprehensive thermostat services, including installation, upgrades, and more. Prices vary based on the model and features chosen, ranging from basic programmable thermostat installations starting at $300 to advanced smart thermostats with Wi-Fi capabilities costing up to $1000 or more.

Non-Programmable Thermostat

A manual thermostat is a basic temperature control device operated manually without programming capabilities. For customer provided Non-Programmable Thermostats, installation costs $300 total. And for Non-Programmable Thermostats provided by us, the installation cost varies between $350-$450 total.

Programmable Thermostat

Digital thermostats offer precise temperature control with digital displays and programmable settings for energy efficiency. For customer provided Programmable Thermostats, installation costs $400 total. And for Programmable Thermostats provided by us, the installation cost varies between $400-$600 total.

WIFI/Smart Thermostat

A smart thermostat provides advanced features such as remote control via smartphone apps, learning capabilities, and energy usage reports. For customer provided WIFI/Smart Thermostats, installation costs between $500-800 total depending on the complexity of the thermostat along with the additional setup/calibration necessities. And for WIFI/Smart Thermostats provided by us, the installation cost varies between $650-$1400 total.

We used them for a complete redo of our duct work in 2023 after 20 years of usage (!) Dave and Connor were here for a few days in the heat, rebuilding and adding in sections that were sorely needed. They came out most recently last week to when our coils needed service. And helped us tremendously with a separate issue with a former AC company. Would highly recommend.
